It’s finally here – new helpful functionality for Unicheck & Canvas Native Integration. Creating new courses becomes an effortless two-clicks routine instead of a boring continued generation of similar course structures.

Canvas Copy Course feature is all about creating a brand new course by copying from the existing similar one. As simple as that. We at Unicheck are positive that it will significantly help teachers and everyone in charge of courses creation. Now you can finally spare more time for important and creative tasks.

Unicheck steps up to another level with gaining a new powerful partner, eThink Education, fully-managed eLearning model for open-source Moodle and Totara LMS. Known for its deep expertise in the implementation of  LMS software, cloud hosting, integration, consultation, and management services for K-12, higher ed and governmental sector, this new association is highly valuable for us in terms of collaboration in the LMS software environment.

How do you define success?

For Google Classroom, the answer won’t just fit in the bunch of sentences and numbers. A tremendous success and a landslide of millions of students and teachers have come to Google Classroom since 2015. And the number is likely to grow.

That’s nothing surprising really, seeing that an educator needs a reliable platform to run the daily workflow routines in the background, and preferably automatically, and with G Suite for Education that’s more than possible.

Since autumn 2017, one more process got so much easier for teachers: checking assignments for plagiarism. Unicheck is a single one plagiarism detection software available in Google Classroom that opens excellent revision opportunities for both students and teachers with automatization and quick report sharing.

Automated, intuitive, and improved – here’s a recap of what new Unicheck has up its long sleeve, and what has remained unchanged – for the benefit of the educational community.

The new year brought new decisions to an educational environment. Learners have already started with new material, and educators keep on searching for fresh solutions to increase academic performance of their students.

Unicheck team was also in search of new ideas to present to academic society.

According to feedbacks and suggestions of Unicheck users, students and writers would be glad to have a tool, allowing to check papers on the go. Switching from working space to checker’s account and back doesn’t seem convenient, especially when edits are needed and time is running out.

Christmas is the most expected holiday of the year. Family celebrations, stacks of presents, crazy parties and (at last) the long vacation from studies are waiting ahead.

But before Unicheck team will also have a glass of festive freshly squeezed beet juice, we want to share amazing Christmas facts, which we were gathering and waiting to share this whole year. Be attentive, though: there are true statements as well as fake. Only the most perceptive learners will sort them out.

What are the common tools students use in their studying process? Are these ballpoint pens smearing the ink all over the test sheet, dozen of books tearing a soft backpack with their weight or an endless amount of clips, tips and bookmarks?

Not anymore, as educational technology and online learning increase its popularity year by year. Many school districts see edtech as the way to improve education and help students to get to the point about their future occupations.

Knowing who we are is what gives us a sense of purpose. Career is one-way how this purpose is expressed and college is one way we prepare for a career. In order to succeed in college students have to be open to take in new information but their performance will also depend on their personal learning patterns.

According to Myers Briggs learning styles we all have inborn learning preferences. When students don’t understand the lesson teachers can help them to grasp the material in their own way using research-based framework that is suggested by MBTI test.

Christmas movies have already featured all possible heroes and antiheroes with various traits of characters. Soon, very soon they will be swarming the TV and popping in your YouTube recommendations.

We all feel certain things around winter holidays season. Who do you represent more: Grinch, Scrooge, Phil from Groundhog Day or someone else?

Unicheck has gained a new Edtech partner: well-known K-12 LMS platform Edsby. This new partnership opens new opportunities and offers tailor-made solutions for teachers and students, and takes edtech a step further towards the future.

The essence of the new LTI integration between Edsby and Unicheck could be truly described in three words, – “Collaboration, safety, and feedback”.

This integration will enrich teachers’ experience with wider opportunities for keeping students’ assignments original with pre-checks, draft submissions and resubmissions. As well, the teachers will be able to leave the comments for the students right in the reports facilitating the timely feedback on their work.
